刘俊成教授简介

刘俊成,十大正规赌官方网站教授,博士生导师,天津市高等学校特聘教授。山东大学本科、硕士,西北工业大学博士,香港科技大学博士后,美国伊利诺伊大学访问教授。

主持完成国家自然科学基金课题5项,国家重大科技专项子课题5项,省部级课题7项。现在承担国家级课题2项,省部级重大课题1项。在《中国科学》、《Journal of the European Ceramic Society》、《Journal of Materials Science and Technology》、《Journal of Power Sources》、《Journal of Luminescence Journal of Alloys and Compounds》、《Ceramics International》、《Materials Science & Engineering A》等发表学术论文160余篇,其中SCIEI检索收录130余篇。授权发明专利15项。获得省部级科学技术奖一等奖一项,二等奖一项,三等奖一项,厅局级奖励3项。

美国科学促进会(AAAS)高级职业会员,中国光学工程学会会员,中国晶体学会永久会员,中国材料研究学会会员;《Research Letters in Nanotechnology》、Applied Materials & Interfaces、《Journal of the European Ceramic Society》、《Journal of Luminescence Journal of Alloys and Compounds》、《Ceramics International》、《Journal of Materials Science and Technology》、《International J. 主要研究方向

半导体与光电子材料;高技术陶瓷与陶瓷基复合材料;凝固技术与单晶体生长;材料与器件制备过程的计算仿真。

主讲课程

无机材料物理性能、半导体器件物理、晶体生长、陶瓷材料学、凝固原理。

招生与合作研究

招收无机非金属材料、金属材料、半导体、物理、化工、化学、数学等专业硕士研究生、博士研究生,硕博连读研究生;欢迎博士后加盟开展合作研究。年度收博士研究生1-2人,硕士研究生23人,合作博士后1-2人。
